- Can I commission my own design? Yes. You can contact me through the Custom tab and I will reach out to you so that we can discuss your make them come to life.
- Can you help me create a design? Absolutely!

What are my customization options? Material of yarn, color of yarn and your specified measurements.

Can you match specific colors like Pantones? As accurately as possible. If not, Alternate color options are provided.

What are the limitations on design complexity? We do not make custom pieces that are AI generated.
II. Ordering & Production:
- How do I place an order? To place a custom clothing order, go to the Custom page. Determine your specific needs, including the type of apparel, quantity, design, and any desired customization methods (Size/measurements). A quote will be discussed. After receiving a quote, confirm the order details, including pricing and production timeline, and provide any necessary artwork or design files. Once the order is confirmed, you'll typically receive a digital proof for approval before the customization process begins.
- What is the minimum order quantity? Clarifies any minimum requirements.
- How long does it take to produce my order? Time frame depends on the piece as I am a one-woman show. Usually 2-6 weeks depending on the piece, as every piece is handmade in the order received. Time frame can be longer if it's a large custom piece. It is helpful to specify when the piece is needed by when you check out.
- Do you have a size chart? I use the American Standard sizing. i.e. Approximate Bra Cup Measurements: XS: A (28-34), S: B (30-36), M: C (32-38), L: D (34-40), XL: DD/E (36-42), 2XL: DDD/F (38-44).

Do you offer rush options? Yes. However additional charges will apply.
- What is your deposit and balance policy? A 50% non refundable deposit is required for all custom orders. The balance is to be paid prior to shipping.
- Do you ship internationally? Yes. International shipping rates will be applied.
- How long does shipping take? Specifies delivery timelines.

What is your return policy? There are no returns or exchanges since all pieces are handmade and custom made.
IV. Garment Care:
- What is the best way to wash/dry the garments? It all depends on the material used. Instructions will be enclosed with every order.
